Sponsorship Opportunities
Sponsorship opportunities are available, and funds are needed to ensure the success and sustainability of the conference. If your institution is interested in gaining exposure and supporting the 2013 Cambio de Colores conference and its mission, please consider sponsoring it financially. Sponsorship levels
Four general sponsorship levels are available. Below is the description of those levels, and the corresponding recognition and rewards. Besides those, it is also possible to sponsor specific speakers and events, and the publication of the proceedings. Please contact us if more information is needed.
DIAMOND CONFERENCE SPONSOR - $5,000.00 and over
- Banner or poster in a central location in the main room
- Free slot in the exhibit area
- Full-page advertisement on inside covers of program booklet
- Acknowledgment with a logo on the front cover of program booklet and on website www.cambiodecolores.org (with logo and link in the home page)
- Acknowledgment and logo in conference brochure, if committed before printing
- Table seating for eight people at event of choice (luncheon or dinner)
- Opportunity to distribute your company’s brochure and a gift/giveaway to be included in the attendee pack that is distributed to participants upon registration at the conference
GOLD SPONSOR – $2,500.00 to $5,000.00
- Banner in the main meeting room
- Half-page advertisement on inside covers of program booklet
- Acknowledgment on the back cover of program booklet and on website www.cambiodecolores.org (with logo and link in the home page)
- Acknowledgment and logo in conference brochure, if committed before printing
- Table seating for four people at event of choice (luncheon or dinner)
SILVER SPONSOR - $1,000.00 to $2,500.00
- Acknowledgment in program booklet and website www.cambiodecolores.org
- Quarter-page advertisement in program booklet
- Acknowledgment in conference brochure, if committed before printing
BRONZE SPONSOR - $500.00 to $1,000.00
