Registration Fee

The registration fee is $175.00 per person and must be postmarked by March 16th, 2005. This fee includes all breaks, two breakfasts, one lunch, and one dinner, as well as a conference packet. Registration will be $200.00 for applications received on or after March 17th.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made only upon receipt of a written request by March 16th to:
