Purpose and Procedure: Poster Exhibits and Table Top Displays

Purpose of Poster: To provide an opportunity to share with participants at the conference ongoing research and outreach efforts on Latinos and immigration to Missouri communities. Specific times will be assigned in the program to the posters to provide ample opportunity for participants to interact with the poster presenters.�(Poster easels will be provided.� Presenters should bring their own boards, pins, tape, papers, etc.)

Purpose of Table Display: To provide an opportunity to learn from community organizations about the work they do with the community and Latinos in Missouri.� Table space will be provided.

Procedure:

Posters:The poster proposal, one page in length, should provide information of what will be presented in the poster. This should include objectives, method and findings of the research or best practice implemented. The poster proposal can be mailed, faxed, or emailed by February 28th. Please include your contact information. A review committee will announce acceptance. Students who are invited to present their posters will have their registration fees waived.
